Sorry no.  They only sell the last 3 years.  Do you need to do a 2016 tax return?

You might want to go to a local accountant or tax place if you have a complicated return.  For simple returns you can fill out the forms by hand.

You can fill out the blank forms for free.

are you trying to do your 2016 taxes? 

be aware that if you are otherwise due a refund, the IRS will not pay it as the deadline to submit the 2016 tax return was April  15, 2020.

on the otherhand if you owe, there is no 'deadline'; the IRS expects you to pay what you owe.
