20% of my tips/wages from one job were tipped out to other employees and not my money, how do I account for that?

You are not supposed to report tipped out wages to your employer.  You should only report the amount you kept, and that amount should be on your W-2.  There is no tax procedure to deduct them on your tax return after you have included them in your W-2.  You can try asking your employer for a corrected W-2.
