I need a copy of 2023 since I cannot access it through TurboTax you guys said you loaded but it’s not there. I need some support. I need somebody to fix this ASAP

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2024 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2023 and Click on Download/print return (PDF) or Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

That’s not what I’ve been told. I told you guys have the file and you’re able to pull it up because it was not properly default which I never got notice but you guys keep telling me it’s available to log on and I should be able to get it well I can’t And I’m gonna sue you guys and tell the IRS how bad a service guy you guys

@Rollar68 If you used the procedure posted and you do not see the 2023 tax return listed, then you may have more than one TurboTax account.  See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to view all of your accounts - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/many-intuit-accounts-...

If you only have one account or none of your other accounts will access the 2023 online tax return, then contact TurboTax support for assistance in determining the status of the 2023 tax return.
