1st time filer. They rejected because I put 0.0 for last year's AGI cause I never worked in 2022. What can I do ?

If you didn’t file a tax return in 2022, enter “0” for last year’s AGI.

Wait until after January 29 before you try again. What the IRS is doing this week is testing in advance of the official start of e-filing on the 29th. There have been some reports that some tax returns are being improperly rejected during the testing.

When you do try again, just enter 0 (a single zero), not 0.0.
