1099R form form Hurricane Irma victims. Your site says the IRS has not completed this form? Do you know when this will be finished so I can file my taxes?

Had a early withdraw from 401k and there seems to be a hold up on the 1099R on the Hurricane Irma early withdraw waiver.  HELP!

For 8915 is not the form on turbo tax that is holding up my filing its 1099r?

In order to waive the early withdrawal penalty, IRS requires you to file a Form 8915 which is not ready till 2/15 ( IRS pushes it back)  You would need to input the Form 1099R information in the program to create the Form 8915. What holds up the filing is the Form 8915, not 1099R.

Oh gotcha!  I just know that form shows up as what is holding my filing up.  It does say the IRS has not completed and for me to check back.  So 2/15 is the date now!  Thanks
