1099-R forms appear in Forms but do not show in Your 1099-R Summary

turbotax 2025 Ramond James imports forms but does not show in Your 1099-R Summary tab

The resulting income does not appear in Federal Tax summary. 

Actions taken: 

Updated Turbotax

Updated Windows

Allowed Pop-ups

Allowed access to local network

Network Access is on

VPN is not running

Enering in Retirement Plans and Social Security section

Tried in FireFox and Chrome browsers (Broswer cache cleard)

Checked with RJ and forms are available  (note that the transferred forms appear in TurboTax forms.)

I'm using TurboTax 2025 Desktop  Premier
