1099-Q says out of balance but its changing my numbers to make it out of balance?

I input my numbers exactly as the 1099q says, decimals and all, which all total into gross D. but the website says its out of balance and then changes the numbers

TurboTax rounds the numbers because the IRS doesn't use cents.  It's perfectly all right to round the numbers when you enter them.  For example, the number in box 1 is $10, 223.88, you can enter $10,224 which should make the error go away. Make sure that you round all the amounts on your 1099-Q.
