1099 Not Importing from Raymond James

I imported 2 of 3 1099's from Raymond James just fine. The third one was unsuccessful even after trying several times using the exact account number and document ID. Called Raymond James and they had no answers. Any reason why it won't import?

The software tries to bring all information available from your financial institution. However, this is not always the case. Some banks might have done some update, and it sometimes it doesn't update TurboTax properly. In this case, you will need to enter the missing information in a different way, such as manually or uploading a hard copy PDF. It's your responsibility to make sure all information is entered accurately, regardless of what the software pulls from the bank.
