1099-misc these forms list income that has been entered in Quick Books first as an invoice for the contracted work then cleared when paid.

If all income is imported from QB This includes the contracted work I received 1099-misc wont I be inputting this income twice?  Invoiced in Quick Books, paid in QB and now I am to enter the income earned?payed again? makes no sense to me.

Right, don’t enter the 1099Misc if you already recorded the income from QuickBooks.  Only enter income one time.  Only the the total goes to schedule C.  You don’t have to enter the individual 1099Musc.
