1099 MISC form has a TIN instead of EIN and a Payer State number that ends in WMP instead of WTH and turbo tax won't accept it on the UT state form?

This is for oil royalties on land in UT and UT withheld $ but won't accept the information in the 1099 MISC boxes.

The state withholding can be entered outside of the 1099-MISC using the steps below. 

1. Open your TurboTax Online/Mobile return > Select Tax Home (left) > Select Deductions & Credits > Review/Edit
2. Scroll to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid > Select Income Taxes Paid > Select Other Income Taxes Paid in 2024
3. Select Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099 > Start > Continue to add your withholding
