1099 int box 15 is blank because my state does not have state income tax. The alert keeps coming up to enter a state but Texas is not listed

Leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank (empty) on the form 1099-INT since Texas does not have a personal income tax.

Delete the Form 1099-INT and then enter it manually.

Make sure that you leave the boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank (empty)
