1099-DA BUG in TurboTax Deluxe Desktop

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe 2025, and I have a 1099-DA that I need to add.  When I create Investment type Digital Assets (1099-DA), TurboTax creates an Untitled "Needs Review" Section.  When I click on the blue "Review" box the screen blanks for a second, and puts me back to the Income Summary, not letting me into adding the 1099-DA information.

Delete the entry and re-enter the transaction.  Click the delete trashcan to remove the entry.

• At the screen Let's finish pulling in your investment income, click Add investments.
• At the screen Let Us Enter Your Bank and Brokerage Tax Documents, click Skip import.
• At the screen OK, let’s start with one investment type, select Digital Assets.  Continue.
• At the screen Let's get started typing in your digital asset info, enter the information. Click Continue.
• Do you have more than three sales on your 1099-DA, click No.
• Did you buy every investment listed on your 1099-DA, click Yes.  Click Continue.
• At the screen Now, choose how to enter your sales, select One by one.  Click Continue.
• At the screen Next, we'll start entering sales from your 1099-DA, click Continue.
• At the screen Let's start with your first sale, enter sales information.  Click Continue.
• At the screen Let us know if any of these situations apply to this sale, report as necessary.
• At the screen Review your XXXX sale, repeat as necessary by clicking Add another sale.  Click Continue.

I ended up calling TurboTax.  I had to upgrade from Deluxe to Premier.   The Deluxe version doesn't allow Digital Assets.  The program should have prompted me to upgrade which did after clearing my Cache.
