1099-C canceled debt, bankruptcy situation?

To enter your Form 1099-C in TurboTax, make sure you are working in your return,

From the Tax Home, got to Income
Scroll down to Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
Click on the pencil icon to select
Scroll down to "Cancelation of debt (Form 1099-C)..." and click on Start
Indicate the type of cancelled debt reported on your Form(s) 1099-C
Continue and enter your Form 1099-C
