If there are three of you on the Policy, you could use an Allocation of 66% on your return, for example.
When that child files their own return, they indicate also that they 'shared' a policy (with your SSN) and that their Allocation is 33%. The Allocations can be split any way, as long as they total 100%.

My son was shared with me on the ACA. I am no longer able to claim him as a dependent on my taxes. I have typed in his SSN and then allocated 50 Premium Percentage, 50 SLCSP Percentage, and 50 Advance Payment of the PCT Percentage... It keeps saying I have 6 errors after correction, what am I doing wrong?
