My wife switched insurance on 7/1/2025, starting on a health care marketplace subsidized plan. I received the 1095-A with values on rows 27-33 in columns A and B. When I get to the error check stage, Turbotax thinks that the values in column A shouldn't be there. If I don't remove them, I can't e-file. If I remove them, then it thinks the values in column B shouldn't be there. I completely deleted the 1095 and recreated it and the problem persists.
Note that there are no values for rows 21-26 on the 1095 I received, so I didn't enter anything for those rows in Turbotax.
What do I do?

Yes, you will always have values for Column A on a 1095-A as this is the policy cost. However, if you have no values in Column C, then you did not receive any Advance Premium Tax Credit for this policy. Entering the 1095-A with amounts in Columns A and B and a '0' for Column C will not affect your tax return, as you won't receive a credit, or owe because you received too much credit.
If you're using TurboTax Online, delete form 1095-A and Form 8962 from your return, clear your Cache and Cookies, and re-enter your 1095-A. In TurboTax Desktop, in FORMS, use 'Open Form' to find Form 8962 and 1095-A and delete at the bottom.
Yes, it turns out the problem was solved by entering 0 in column C. Apparently, a blank field is not interpreted as a zero.
