are there no dates in boxes 10 and 11 of the 1095-A? you don't have to have coverage for the entire year for federal purposes

 

also if any box A,B or C are zero leave them blank in Turbotax

The 1095-A form is broken down by months.  You will enter the 1095-A information per month as it is listed on your form.  For more information about how to enter form 1095-A, see the links below:
