1042-S income code 29 please please advise

My wife received a 1042-S form for deposit interest (income code 29). she is an international student with F1 visa. she has a saving account with her bank. We really do not what is this? do have to file out? is there any issue will be with immigration or IRS if we do not fille it out? please advise us.
