1041 Trust Income - State Tax

Trust - Income: If Grantor and Beneficiary in FL and Trustee in NJ (and 1099 is NJ) how is state tax handled NJ or FL ?

Florida does not levy an income tax on estates or trusts (or individuals) so the trust would have no filing requirement in Florida.

Since the trustee is an NJ resident, there may be a filing requirement in New Jersey.
