10,200 unemployment credit

Now that we don't count the 10,200 as income on AGI do we have to amend for a now eligible EITC credit and try the lookback now for 2019 earned income to possible increase our refund amount

10,200 unemployment credit

the IRS says it will correct for the nontaxable UC.  whether that will also include adjustments for other items affected by ARP is not known.  do not file an amended return until you get the refund for the UC change. then you can see if you need to amend for the EITC.  filing an amended return now could delay your UC refund
