You should contact both employers to:

  • Have the employer that provided you a W-2 with incorrect numbers should issue a corrected W-2.
  • Advise the employer that you did not receive Form 1099 and request a copy.

You should not file your tax return until you have received the corrected W-2 and the 1099 form from your employers

I have done that multiple times.

Since they are not responding, I posted my question here.

If you’re unable to get your Form W-2 or Form 1099 from your employers, contact the Internal Revenue Service at 800-TAX-1040. The IRS will contact Albertson's and request the missing Form W-2.

Provide the following information to the IRS Let them know:

  • Your name, address, Social Security number, and phone number;
  • Your employer’s name, address, and phone number;
  • The dates you worked for the employer;

If, after contacting the IRS, you still do not have your Form W-2, you have two choices:

1. File your return by the April due date and use Form 4852, Substitute for Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement. Try to estimate your wages and withholding as best you can.

2. Ask for more time to file by using Form 4868, Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File U.S Individual Income Tax Return.

Thanks for the info.

I have been trying to call IRS for over a week; they never answer.
