Who is impacted?
You're impacted if you meet the following criteria:
- You're using TurboTax Online.
- You're signed in to TurboTax online across multiple devices (like the mobile app, mobile web browsers, and multiple tabs in multiple web browsers via your computer).
We've identified the root cause as a security timeout on one of the devices you've historically used to access your account. To resolve this error and resolve your issue:
- Make sure you're signed out of TurboTax across your devices and your browser sessions are ended.
- Mobile devices specifically may hold a session longer than your computer. End these sessions fully.
- Delete your browser cookies.
- Restart your browser and try again.
