Some TurboTax Online Self Employed users may experience a perpetual loading screen after they clear their return and start over.
Who Is Impacted?
If you meet the following criteria you will most likely experience this issue.
- Using TurboTax Online Self Employed
- Cleared your return and started over for any reason
- Spinning loading screen after choosing TurboTax Self Employed to restart your return.
Workaround
We are planning to fully resolve this issue in a fix scheduled for mid-February.
In the meantime, you can click any item in the left-hand side navigation to bypass the spinning loading screen.
Choose "My Info" to enter/verify your personal information you'll be able to navigate through the rest of your return and complete your tax filing for 2019
