when can i get the '18 tax program to estimate my taxes?  the exemptions go away, the std deduction goes up so I won't have to itemize, donations/interest/property tax were itemized and will now fall short.  I need to figure out how it all affects me so I can accurately estimate my income and taxes.

The TurboTax 2018 desktop CD/Download editions will be available in November and the TurboTax 2018 online editions will be available in December.

For now you could use the TurboTax calculator TaxCaster to get an estimate of any 2018 taxes owed or a tax refund.  Use your 2018 tax data and age as of 2018 when entering data in the calculator - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/calculators/taxcaster/
