We have not been able to enter our 1099-Rs and receive a notice that "This section will be ready soon". Twice I have signed up for email alerts and twice they were received and within an hour the response from Customer Service was "Your tax forms are ready". Form 3903, Moving Expenses. It states: Open TurboTax on your computer, install the updates when prompted, and your forms will be automatically included.
I went to Turbo Tax twice and NO updates were indicated. I have twice gone to the "check for updates" while in Turbo tax and it states "you are up to date".
What help can you provide in resolving this?

The software update you need is expected on 1/21 now.
I experienced the exact same problem and when I signed up for the email I got a response back moments later the form 3903 is now available. Turbo Tax needs to get their "TaxAct" together. 🤔 🤣 🤣
I read in another post that a moderator mentioned (hearsay) January 21st as a release date for the update that will fix 1099-R
The problem has been fixed with today's update.
