If you want to verify that they have actually "landed" in the system, you can use the state's official self-service tools through

myPATH Portal.  Visit the myPATH website. You don't necessarily need an account to check your refund status, but creating one lets you view "Letters and Notices" and "Submissions," where you can often see whether your documentation has been logged.

You cannot make an attachment to an e-filed state tax return using TurboTax.  The state return will have to printed and mailed if you need to attach the military orders to the return.

See this for how to print and mail a tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online/01/26258?search-action-id=623281337469&search-result-uid=26258
