I am being asked to fill in 1098 info for US Bank but they are no longer our mortgage bank and were not in 2017. I already entered our 1098 for our current mortgage. why?

Your old 1098 may still be in your return. You can return to that section of the program and delete the old 1098. Here's how:
- Go to the Federal section of the return
- Deductions & Credits (be sure to select the option to view all tax breaks)
- scroll down to Your Home
- next to "Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance (Form 1098)", click on Revisit
- On the following screen "Mortgage deduction summary" you will see the list of lenders and the option to delete
