What should I enter as my child care expense, the amount I actually paid a provider of the full amount I placed in a flex spending account for child care?
Unfortunately I did not use the full amount placed in my dependent care flex account. Should I use the amount actually used as my child care expense or the full amount I paid into the flex spending account?

You should use the amount you actually paid for child care to claim the Credit for Child & Dependent Care.
