I co-own a home but paid all the payments this past year.Do I click the bubble that says"Someone co-owns this loan, and i only pay a portion of it" then just enter 100%?

You should select "None of these apply". Since you make the payments, you are entitled to claim the full mortgage interest deduction as well as the property taxes paid if they are included in the payments.
