I use car 50% for biz. I use actual expense method. Do I put full $$ of expense on each line item (software does the % split?) or do I calculate % myself then enter?

I provide system beginning and ending odometer readings as well.

You put in the odometer readings and the business miles.  Then enter the full amount of the expenses.  The program will prorate the expenses based on the percent of business use that is calculated from the mileage entries.
