If you are receiving this message while in the Free Edition of TurboTax, it is to indicate that you'll need to upgrade to a paid edition (Deluxe or higher) in order to properly prepare your tax return.  The Free Edition is suitable only for 1040A or 1040EZ filers using the Standard Deduction.  See the TurboTax FAQ below explaining why you may need to upgrade from Free.
