Can I deduct term life insurance premiums and can I deduct vision premiums

You cannot deduct life insurance premiums, however you can deduct insurance premiums that you pay for policies that cover medical care. Medical insurance premiums are included as a medical expense if you itemize deductions. See the FAQ below for more information.
