Spouse was inadvertently added as a domestic partner to my medical coverage and my employer put imputed income on my check. How do I get reimbursed for last 9 months?
When I added my spouse and my step children to my medical coverage in Sept 16, 2016 I inadvertently listed him as a domestic partner which in turn caused imputed income on my check. I just caught this in June 2017. Moving forward my employer is going to remove it but they advised me that I will have to get reimbursed through my taxes. How do I do this?

You can't fix this problem on your tax return, there's no form, rule or procedure. Your employer may be able to issue a corrected W-2 and change some of their tax reports. But you probably need to talk to a tax professional.

My Domestic Partnership is in WA State.
I mistakenly marked it for the CA State Return
How can I fix this?
Due to COVID-19 the library is closed so I cannot print it to submit it on paper.
Can you pass it through so it can be defiled?
Please help. July 15th is almost here.
