I have moving expenses and meet all requirements, except, if I am going from a full time employee to a 1/2 time employee, I can't claim them, correct?

Yes. You must work full-time for at least 39 weeks during the first 12 months after you arrive in the general area of your new job location (39-week test). Employees cannot satisfy the time test on part-time work only.
