My employer moved me to a new state and gave me funds to offset moving costs. Those funds were taxed. Can I deduct my moving expenses?

Yes you can.  

Enter the words moving expenses in the Find window on the upper right, 

hit enter, 

then click on the Jump To below.

You will be asked if you were reimbursed for these expenses but you will say no, since you were taxed on the income.

In the state, these expenses can only be deducted in the state you moved to, not from.
