Yes, you can deduct taxes actually paid during the year, provided you were legally obligated to pay them, that is, you were listed as the owner, or one of the owners, of the property being taxed.

Yes, you can deduct taxes actually paid during the year, provided you were legally obligated to pay them, that is, you were listed as the owner, or one of the owners, of the property being taxed.
