Yes, you can.

According to "NONRESIDENTS AND PART-YEAR RESIDENTS" on page 129 of 2018 IA Form 1040 Income Tax Return, a nonresident or part-year resident of Iowa "is allowed adjustments to income, a federal tax deduction, and standard or itemized deductions on the same basis as if the taxpayer were a resident of Iowa."
