Can I deduct my auto medical premiums if my Employer medical insurance rquires me to provide Primary medical insurance on auto policy or not be covered if injured?
Yes, you are able to include the medical portion of your auto premiums as qualified medical expenses.
Please note that medical expenses are only deductible as itemized deductions, and then only to the extent that they exceed 10% of your AGI (7.5% if you were born before January 2, 1952).
