Is there is a place to put CT car tax paid to towns? you say to put it under deducts & Credits but there is no place to put it!

Yes

To enter personal property tax in TurboTax:

• click on "federal tax" on the left side of the screen once your return is open
• click on "deductions and credits"
• scroll down to  "All tax breaks"
• scroll down to "cars and things you own". Personal property tax is in this section.
