For 2017, I rented my property for part of the year and then moved back in, where do I enter my mortgage interest and property taxes paid?

Do I split the interest and taxes between the rental expenses and the personal deductions?

Yes - Since you had a rental that you converted back into a personal residence, you will need to split the amounts of mortgage interest and property taxes and report them separately under the rental and home sections.
