I have no clue what to do. I'm an Expat living in overseas. My refund was supposed to be about $3,000. Now I owe the US gov't $1,263,930!!!

Yes! I contacted TurboTax and had support help me. He was fantastic. I got quite a kick out of the sum of money I was "owing". Got me laughing about it too. The problem, as well as other problems, were solved. I had to go back into the form and do an edit on one of the incomes and a-batta-bing-a-batta-boom the $1,000,000 + rolled back down to $3,000 (about) and changed to "refund". Whew! What a day! Looking forward to using TurbTax next year. If you're reading this, "Michael! You da man!"
