Wont skip property tax refund mn

I try to deselect M1PR checkbox and it sends me to the property tax sheet anyway. I don't have my statement yet, so I cant fill this out.

Sign in - Continue your/take me to my return
Go to My Account (top right), then Tools (opens Tools Center)
Delete a form (under Other helpful links)
From the Review Form List, delete form M1PR
