You don't. Those are entered in the federal section when you enter your SSA-1099 and TurboTax transfers these amounts to your state return.

Actually, no they do not ALWAYS transfer.  Mine did not - I caught the issue when I compared it with a spreadsheet I did for WI form 1.  (And last year I verified with WI DOR that this is in fact a valid entry to make - Line 11 Code 01). 

 

In Forms Mode the trail is Form 1, Line 11 => "Addn, Subt. Stmt" Code 01 => Medical Care Insurance Worksheets => Workseet 2.

 

In Interview mode it is found in the INCOME section, under Medical Care Insurance.   On the Medical Care Insurance there are three boxes on that interview form:  Self-employed, Employee and Employee or Unemployed.  For most retirees, it is that third box where you want to put that number.
