"Will the Child Tax Credit and EIC delay refund?" I have the regular child tax credit and a small EIC under 200. Will my refund be delayed?

If you are getting any earned income credit you refund will be delayed by the new law that requires that refunds will not be released until Feb. 15--arriving to you around the end of February.
