No.  Only if you have EIC or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) and have a tax refund.

Due to new legislation passed by congress, refunds that include the Earned Income Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit will not be released until 2/15/2017.  They expect refunds to hit bank accounts the week of 2/27/2017 due to the Presidents Day holiday.

If you only claim the Child Tax Credit, then your refund should not be delayed.
