Why would my mortgage interest payment be 11,600 in 2018 and only 4933 in 2019?

you loan may have been sold to another processor. if so you should have received a 1098 from them. this is only a guess because we can't see your documents nor do we know exactly what took place. call your first mortgage company and maybe they can offer an explanation .
