Why??? Not allowing me to claim the Child and Dependent Care Credit. Says it doesn't show income from my spouse, however, spouse W2s have been entered.

Are you sure that you entered the W-2 as belonging to your spouse or did you enter the W-2 as belonging to you.  Go back and verify who the W-2 belongs to.
Enter w-2 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to w-2.
Edit the W-2's shown.

Delete the W-2 belonging to your spouse and re-enter.  See if that corrects the error flag for the income

I did that and it still doesn't recognize her income.  Gotta be a flaw with the system.

Do you or your spouse have self employment income?  You do need to show a Net Profit on schedule C.  Make sure Schedule C is assigned to the right person.

My wife started her own business (operated at a loss) in addition to working two separate jobs.

and be aware that you are required to claim all of your SE expenses.

If her self employed losses are equal to or more than her W2 earnings, they will cancel each other out and no child care credit will be allowed.
