Why is Turbotax suggesting I use the standard deduction of $34,700 when my itemized deductions are $55,432?

It is showing the same refund. But when I look at the explanation of my tax deductions, it is only giving me a deduction of $10,000 on property taxes. I thought SALT allowed the higher amount up to $40,000. Is this a glitch?

Starting at $500,000 ($250,000 if married filing separately) of modified AGI the SALT deduction phases down and is fully down to $10,000 at $600,000 ($300,000 if married filing separately) of MAGI.
