Why is Turbotax giving me the $500 Other Dependent Tax Credit instead of the $2000 Child Tax Credit for my newborn?

My daughter was born in September. I've triple checked all her information, and my wife and make well below the $400k at which the child tax credit starts phasing out. Anyone else run into this problem and know a fix or is there some hidden requirement for the Child Tax Credit that I can't find?

Go back to My Info and click your child's name. Go through the screens and when you come to the question about how long she lived with you in 2019--say the whole year. You have to say that for a newborn.
