Why is turbotax forcing me to fill out a 5405 when I am still living in the home?

You can delete the  form by following these steps:

1. Sign into your account and select your current return

2. Select Tax Tools on the bottom left and then Tools (see attached tax tools)

3. Select Delete a Form (see attached image)

4. Find the form and select delete next to it
