Why is turbo tax adding an old qualified disaster form to my income/taxes? I have already claimed this over 3 years and it is trying to do it for a 4th year.

The Form 8915-F Worksheet and the Form 8915-F along with the Form 1099-R were transferred from the 2022 tax return and need to be deleted.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

You can go into Tools and delete the 1099R and 8915 form that transferred over.
